Refund & Shipping Policy

Customer Satisfaction

I want you to enjoy your purchase and stand behind the quality of everything I sell.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos of the damaged product and packaging so I can review the issue and work toward a fair resolution.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of my products, all sales are final.

I do not offer refunds or accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect items ordered
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Shipping delays outside my control

Refunds will only be considered if:

  • The wrong item was sent.
  • Your order arrives significantly damaged during shipping.
  • A product has a manufacturing defect.

If approved, I may choose to send a replacement product or provide another appropriate resolution at my discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Shipping

Orders are carefully packaged and shipped as quickly as possible.

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of my control. While I'll gladly help investigate delayed shipments, I cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders returned because of an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges before being resent.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by their country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless stated otherwise at checkout.
